- When is your portal commercially available?
- Our portal is currently being tested rigorously by clinical medical physicists and is in the final stage of the testing process. We believe our system will be commercially available in September of 2008.
- How much do you charge for using scatterworks tools?
- Our pricing will be available in August of 2008
- How secure is your site?

- I forgot my login, what do I do?
- Call us at our toll free number and we will be able to send you your login to your email.
- I forgot my password what do I do?
- Click on the forgot password link and we will e-mail you instructions on resetting your password.
- Can I use a dicomRT plan for monitor unit validation?
- Yes, you can import aDICOM-RT plan file to validate your monitor units. The current DICOM-RT plan format does not include the effective depth, so this needs to be entered by the user.
- Can I use MLC files for monitor unit validation?
- Yes, our system is capable of using a MLC file to calculate the dose.
- What beam data do I need to use the monitor unit validation tool?
- For photons: output factors, TMRs, off axis ratios, wedge factors, and attenuator factors
- For electrons: cone factors, PDDs, off axis ratios and distance factors
- What information do I need to use the SPC reports tool?
- Staff information, LINAC information, TPS information, and HDR information
- How long is my data available online?
- Any file the users exports to his/her file manager will be deleted with in 3 days
- Why does scatterworks.com not display correctly in my internet web browser?
- Our system is currently tested for various browsers including Internet Explorer and Firefox. Please call for help with browser settings.
- Why can't I login to customer area?
- We have tight security settings for our servers. It is possible that our system has detected some type of breach in security, Please call us and we will help resolve your problem.
- Will site ever become unavailable?
- Although we cannot guarantee that our site will be up 100% of the time, due to vendor related issues, we work extremely hard to maintain the highest uptime of our servers.
- What are your system requirements?
- A Compatible web browser with cookies, java script and flash enabled and a stable internet connection.
